Get Your Groove On

Last week I was a part of the first annual Get Your Groove On Gala, hosted by the Prophets of Music Society, a non-profit organization created in memory of Joshua Hunter and Zackariah Rathwell that provides resources, and mentorship in music to Canadian artists. Michael Bernard Fitzgerald headlined the night, and Transit, Mocking Shadows, and The EarthTONES also shared their music. It was an honour to be included in the event, and even more of an honour to play with the all-star house band for a few songs. Russell Broom was on guitar, Lisa Jacobs on bass, and Mark Bronconnier on drums.

Now that we’re back in the studio plugging away at the new record, I thought I’d share some of the photos that Zoltan took from the gala. It was awesome to see him get behind the camera again.

And if you haven’t heard, we’re streaming our entire recording session! You can access the stream by signing up for our Exclusive Content Project HERE!
